Consensus Miami Privacy Pop-up - Bay 13 Brewery

Overview:
WebWipe hosted a Privacy meetup event during Consensus in Miami (May 5th-7th) at Bay 13 Brewery in Coral Gables, Florida. With many people in town for the main conference, we decided to host a privacy side event. The turnout wasn’t the amount we were expecting, but we think that was due to the madness of Miami traffic, and the venue not being a short drive from downtown. We had a small group of people, but high quality content.

Event Highlights
The event went from 6-10 pm due to traffic many folks didnt get there until around 7:30-8ish. We had 6 other speakers including Harry Halpin! It was a treat to have Harry come and speak about what Nym is working on. There was a presentation on Post-quantum roadmaps for different privacy projects that included Nym. Harry gave a presentation on what Nym is building and was also able to give input on the pq-roadmap presentation. There were Nym stickers and 1-month NymVPN promos for everyone.
There were tables with a bunch of merch, & swag available for all attendees. There were other guest presentations as well including Edge Wallet , Zano and Confidential Layer. We were able to network and ask questions in an intimate setting.
