Decentralised CM & Moderation

• Together with @iamixas, I have been responsible for moderating Russian-language communities in Telegram and on Discord (channel 1, channel 2) as part of the NYM GANG squad. This includes answering questions, assisting with node-related issues, removing spam, and maintaining friendly engagement with members.

• As part of the NYM GANG squad, I handle the translation and distribution of various updates – including new blog announcements (example), upcoming community calls (example), and bi-weekly quizzes (example) – across all relevant Telegram and Discord channels.

• Translations of weekly privacy news updates are prepared and published by @iamixas in both Telegram and Discord, also as part of the NYM GANG squad.

Oh, WOW so many members in the Telegram channel, cool! I have a question, when I retire I plan a longer trip to the Russian Federation and so one can use there NymVPN
or are people there running “only” mix nodes?

Hey there! Unfortunately at the moment the work of NymVPN there is unstable. It works very well in some regions and some providers, but not working in others, so if your retirement is very soon its all depends on luck. If team has some time, maybe you’ll be lucky enough to be sure that it will work everywhere perfectly)

Hi, thanks for the info, much appreciated!

BTW. Maybe interesting for you to try out with NymVPN… You can now with your friends post to Usenet without any registration, if you know how to hand roll Usenet articles. The server is located in the Russian Federation and the source code for Radio Eriwan is available too.
