Tasks.

  • Maintain the voice and tone of the importance of privacy in all interactions.

  • Generate relevant and engaging material for the community.

  • Interact with the Community: Respond to questions, comments and messages in a timely manner.

  • Listen to user feedback.

  • Manage conversations. This includes removing spam, controlling inappropriate language, and resolving conflicts between members.

  • Initiate discussions, ask open questions, host polls and live events to keep the community active and engaged.

  • Announcements and Updates

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical questions or common issues, referring complex cases to the support team.

  • Compose short messages, threads, graphics and videos that capture the attention of the audience and lend themselves to being shared.
