Hi all,
We all should thank the Nym team that they included the Beta feature in NymVPN which you can find under settings called Apps & Wallet-Proxy. This super cool feature allows us to use Tor and it’s various applications.
In order to use Tor tools with the NymVPN Mixnet one has only to add two lines in his torrc file:
SOCKSPort 9050
Socks5Proxy 127.0.0.1:1080
With that we can start first NymVPN and then tor.exe and can for example send anonymous emails first through the Nym Mixnet and then for longer latency through the Onion Courier Tor Hidden Service Mixnet. Or we can chat too this way. I tested this already with the Onion Courier Mixnet client and OnionTalk. File transfer with OnionTransfer would be possible too, but it is too slow.
