Talent Land is one of the largest innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship events in Latin America. It brings together students, professionals, companies, and experts to share knowledge through conferences, workshops, hackathon, and networking activities.
This edition took place on April 7th - 9th 2026, in Mexico City, and we had a place giving a talk about Nym, that sparked a lot of interest among the attendees, who were very enthusiastic and actively engaged throughout it.
I explained what a mixnet is and how Nym’s Noise-Generating Network works, its characteristics and advatages. I encouraged them to try NymVPN and highlighted the advantages over traditional VPNs.
We also explained how to connect to NymVPN, its two modes, and ran a demo of the noise visualizator. We talk about the role of nodes as well. And gave stickers to the attendees.
Additionally, throughout the event, I had the chance to meet several people with whom I could chat about Nym and handed out some stickers. It was definitely a fulfilling experience!
Also, the “El Rincon de la Privacidad” episode was streamed from Talent Land. Even though the internet connection wasn’t very good, I showed the event and shared my experience.
