TupiNymQuim accompanied Daniel on the Cryptorave 2025 in São Paulo. As the largest independent technology event in the country, cryptorave has a tradition of more than 10 years; bringing together social movements with techies in a dawn of lectures and discussions.
We were able to talk about Nym to many interested parties, inviting participants to get to know the VPN and the community.
Together with Daniel, psydenst gave a talk about the Nym team’s anti-censorship strategies and roadmap, which was of interest to the audience afterwards.
Daniel and Mycola also gave another talk, on the decolonization of white male cypherpunk.

Also, on May 15, we went to Unifesp (Federal University of the State of São Paulo), at the invitation of the technopolitical studies group Lavits. and Professor Henrique Parras.
It was an important opportunity to network and get to know sensitive social sectors in the fight for privacy in Brazil, representing Nym at an event with 500 people, with big names from the free software movement in the country, such as Sergio Amadeu, Fernanda Bruno and Henrique Parra himself.
