I successfully set up my first Nym node yesterday and am excited to contribute to the project.
The setup process was mostly smooth, thanks to the official documentation. However, I found the sheer volume of information overwhelming. Many sections went into great detail, which wasn’t always necessary for simply getting started.
I came across a great guide that simplifies the setup by focusing only on the essential steps. It really helped me get up and running faster:

My node has now been online for about 12 hours. I checked its status on Harbour Master, and while it’s running, there are a few issues I need to address:

I’d really appreciate any advice on fixing these issues—I want to get everything fully functional.
Over the next few days, I’ll be tweaking my setup and might even set up another node from scratch. I’m also considering writing a “for dummies” guide to make the process even easier for anyone, regardless of their technical background.
