Is this a known issue? Is it meant to be unavailable currently? This is on firefox on kubuntu.
Side note: I tried raising this issue in the Discord, but any time I link to anything I get auto-timedout for 2 hours. Kinda hard to use the #help-and-support and #report-scams channels in the Discord with that limitation.
It looks like you got timed out for linking an image. Sorry about that!
Usually, you can have this error fixed by syncing the Date & Time settings on your device properly. Check your Settings app, and if it doesn’t work try using a different browser too.
Do let us know if you continue to see errors, we’ll have this reported.
I seem to have time synced correctly: $ chronyc tracking Reference ID : 5BBD5B71 (``ntp-nts-3.ps6.canonical.com``) Stratum : 3 Ref time (UTC) : Sat May 16 21:33:02 2026 System time : 0.000582460 seconds fast of NTP time Last offset : +0.000269120 seconds RMS offset : 0.000329757 seconds Frequency : 6.648 ppm fast Residual freq : +0.030 ppm Skew : 0.502 ppm Root delay : 0.062026348 seconds Root dispersion : 0.004724121 seconds Update interval : 259.0 seconds Leap status : Normal
I also tried logging in using 24-word seeds from both my wallet (which I use for a node and for holding NYM) and from my NymVPN app (which was auto-generated). Both led to the same problem. I will keep messing around trying to get this to work.
One other concern: I tried pasting the above comment in our Discord conversation, thinking that platform might be more accessible to people facing similar issues. But I was auto-timedout for 7 days. I really would love for the discord automod to simply remove a message and let you know it violates the automod’s filter, and then time you out only if you keep doing it. Because it’s unclear to me what I can actually say while keeping the filter happy, and if I guess wrong I get instantly timedout
