Overview
SpectreDAO is a coven of magicians, wizards and ghosts operating and developing privacy oriented infrastructure and tools. Through our experience running blockchain nodes, privacy tools & infrastructure in the past, we recognized the community’s need for a comprehensive dashboard that would enable operators to monitor node performance, manage configurations, track delegations, and oversee their Nyx accounts—all while maintaining the ability to perform account-related actions directly.
While the official Nym explorer and Harbourmaster are great, they’re limited in functionality and data synchronization issues prompted us to develop a more robust solution.
After analyzing the challenges with Nym APIs and other public APIs for Nym explorer development, we engineered custom API endpoints and successfully launched the Spectre Explorer.

We plan to stake all of the NYM tokens across 12 exit gateways operated by SpectreDAO to demonstrate our commitment to the Nym network and demonstrate our “skin in the game”. Our medium-term goal is to kickstart a “SpectreDAO Community Treasury” to support the Nym ecosystem and community. More details will be shared in the future
