Trying to withdraw NYM from gate.com to Nym Wallet or KEPLR wallet to a native NYM address n……. gives this error: Invalid withdrawal address format. Please check the address length and characters and try again.
How do I move NYM out of the exchange?

Since gate.com supports only ERC20 withdrawals, to stake/run nodes/add your tokens to Keplr, you will need to swap the ERC20 NYM tokens to native NYM tokens.
You can do this directly on swapper.nym.com (follow this guide) or swap other tokens for native NYM on app.osmosis.zone

Hmm - so the NYM I’ve bought on gate.com - can they only stay on gate.com?
I tried see if I could withdraw them to the Keplr wallet - but same error message.
You can withdraw to any EVM wallet, since the NYM on gate.com are ERC20 tokens. Just make sure the withdrawal is done to an ERC20 wallet address
You many need to add NYM token to your wallet by using the contract address: 0x525A8F6F3Ba4752868cde25164382BfbaE3990e1
