Since nym uses third party servers for there nodes, wouldn’t it be trivial for police to subpoena the exit node, get the entry node ip, then subpoena the entry node for the real ip or am I missing something?
If I am not mistaken, node operators have to sign a no-log policy with nym.com.

Like @ch1ffr3punk says, there’s a no-log policy operators should sign and by design, the user activity on the exit node and your real IP/identity can’t be correlated.
