Participation in the NYM VPN Workshop:

- Some of them ended up assembling mixnodes in individual sessions with our support.
Problems during the test:
- Most participants did not encounter any problems.
- Some participants noted minor problems related to the event’s sound system.

Conclusions
The Talent Land 2024 event was successfully organized and very well received by the participants. During the 4 days of the event, as a representative of NYM, I was present 3 days at the NYM booth and one day before to prepare the boot space and work on the communication strategy with Daniel (Head of Growth LATAM Nymtech SA).
We attended and solved doubts about Mixnet and other NYM products to more than 120 people. A list of important contacts was generated including university professors and business professionals in cybersecurity, open source, cryptocurrencies, education and science.
In addition, a workshop on the node operator’s guide was given with an example of configuring and deploying a NYM mixnode.
At the booth, 7 mixnodes were configured and deployed and a short training was provided to these operators. We also collected contacts from more than 20 people interested in forming a Squad.
The feedback and comments received will be taken into account for the organization of future events. The main objective of the event, to demonstrate NYM Mixnet and NYM VPN technologies, was successfully achieved, which reinforces NYM’s commitment to promoting privacy and security on the network.
