Personally, I do prefer telegram over matrix. I understand the privacy concerns but hey Sir Durov recently got arrested & jailed fighting for our right and protecting our data. Not that I don’t like Matrix but I have been using telegram for years and almost all the people I communicate around the world use telegram but not Matrix. Have a good day
As i see folks here don’t talk about Discrod. Everyone discus about Telegram and Matrix. Are you recongnise Discrod an not safety place. Actually keep another messenger only special for nym is very annoying.
With all the daily discord servers being compromised left and right. nowadays, personally speaking I can not consider Discord as a safe place, this is just me though… literally just speaking for myself. have a good day

In regards of open chat privacy considering the nature of this project we should already assume when chatting and posting that scrapers with the help of ai are spying on us let alone platforms like telegram(gave up on users should have end to end security and private group joins and should have a long time ago) and discord
