Question regarding IP address and actual location. I had connected through two European servers, but a DNS leak test showed Russian Federation and my IP. Is this something of concern or normal?
I noticed this as well when I ran the VPN for the first time. It went away when I specified my entry and exit nodes.
We use ipinfo for IP based geolocation. Other sources can give different results. It’s not exact science so some sources can have conflicting information. See this article for more info:
