NYC Privacy Holiday party&Meetup - Pubkey

Overview:
On December 19th, 2025, WebWipe hosted a Christmas privacy meetup event at Pubkey in New York City, NY. This is the 7th privacy event WebWipe’s done around the country and the 5th pop-up one that had Nym and NymVPN as a topic. The privacy event reached 20 attendees. This event was co-hosted with MoneroTalk
Event Highlights
The event went from 5-10 pm. The Pubkey venue and the folks at pubkey are extremely accommodating . We had the Attic (The back portion for presentations) from 5-7 pm. There was another event that was taking over the attic at 8 pm. The Presentations started around 5:45 pm and ended around 7 pm. There were Nym stickers and 1-month NymVPN promos for interested attendees. About 30% of attendees walked away with Nym free trials. There was interest amongst the attendees including questions regarding the zk-credentials. Along with the presentation, we played the Noise Generating Mixnet video. I opened the privacy meetup with the NymVPN presentation.
There were also tables with artwork, merch, & swag available for all attendees. There were also a few guest presentations including MoneroTalk and Haveno Lead dev Woodser
