Bridge stuck, confirmed on Ethereum 12h ago, not arrived on Gravity or Nyx

Hi all,

I bridged ERC-20 $NYM to native $NYM via the official Nym Swapper (swapper.nym.com) about 12+ hours ago. The Ethereum-side transaction confirmed successfully, but the funds have not arrived on either the Gravity Bridge intermediate chain or the Nyx chain.

Details:

What I’ve checked so far:

• Nyx balance via official Nym Explorer ( Nym Explorer V2 ): 0 NYM
• Gravity Bridge balance via public REST API (gravity-api.polkachu.com/cosmos/bank/v1beta1/balances/gravity1p8eez87pnvt3ffgxj3t0d5wyk9r6eqnqd7je53): empty balances array, total 0
• Keplr wallet shows 0 NYM on both Nyx and Gravity Bridge chains
• Nym Swapper history page shows the swap as “Success”

So the Ethereum-side deposit into the bridge contract is confirmed and final, but the funds seem to be stuck somewhere in the Gravity Bridge attestation/orchestrator process and haven’t been credited on either the Gravity Bridge chain or Nyx.

Has anyone seen this recently, or is there a known issue with the bridge orchestrators right now? Any help figuring out where the funds are stuck would be much appreciated.

Sorry to keep you waiting. Allow us some time to check this over the coming days. There have been some issues with gravity bridge of late but note that your tokens are safe if you used all the right addresses.

You probably did everything correctly. There might be an issue with the bridge. Will keep you posted here about the status of your transaction.

Well I can’t seem to see them, but then again I am new to Eth and Nym. Not seeing anything in my keplr or metamask. Checked for NYM.

@salazar - ok - I guess the Gravity Bridge is what it is and the money is lost. So be it. Now Kraken just delisted NYM as I found out. So is there an actual offical way of purchasing/getting NYM anywhere officially that works?

I saw zcash-swapper.nym.com which seems to be yet another way, but after my last vernture unsure about just testing it into the blue.

Any suggestions?
