I have the greatest respect for your product but to imply that your “app” is somehow on par with, say, Mullvad, and that prices should therefore be roughly equivalent is simply not grounded in reality. The truth is that your product is still pretty “bleeding edge” and has quite a few raw edges that people put up with because they like the direction you’re going. Mullvad have been around for years and offer a solid, mature product. Nym VPN is not there yet and a dose of modesty is arguably called for when comparing yourself to other established players..
Where’s the comparison in the article? The table is simply there to list how other VPNs are priced, to better inform the readers. We decided on a pricing that could support both, our decentralised, global group of operators and the project long-term.
