After I made the payment, your system deducted 10 days’ credit from my account

Hello Salazar and everyone else,

I’ve got another problem to report.

My account is still valid until 19 July 2026. So far, so good. Today I renewed my account for one month and paid for it.

And I was completely taken aback when I checked my account status. Ten days have simply been taken away from me, so instead of running until 19 August 2026 (since my account is still valid until 19 July 2026), my account now only runs until 9 August 2026.

Sorry, but this isn’t on. You can’t just take 10 days away from me. It wouldn’t be fair either if the remaining days weren’t carried over.

I’d like some clarification as to why you’ve simply taken 10 days away from me and given me only 31 days instead of 41. In my app, it also only goes up to 9 August 2026, instead of 19 August 2026.

I’ve attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

I want my 10 days back!
